Planning my daughter's first birthday should have been exciting. Instead, it became a frustrating maze of Instagram DMs, unresponsive vendors, and unclear pricing. Simple questions took days to answer. Setup times? A mystery. Teardown logistics? Figure it out on the day.

When I finally found a vendor, the "booking process" was a Venmo request and a screenshot confirmation. No contract. No protection. No way to know if they'd actually show up until the day of the party. I sent money into the void and just hoped everything would work out.

That's when it hit me: this is broken for everyone. Organizers waste hours hunting down vendors while navigating unprofessional transactions. Vendors lose bookings because they're invisible. There had to be a better way.
